FAQ

What can I expect during the game?


Fun! Once you click "Start Game" on our app, you will be shown a map with various hotspots marked. Approach those hotspots to unlock a variety of clues, which include riddles, look & find tasks, photo/video challenges and more! You will have access to the scoreboard throughout the game to see where your team is placed amongst the teams playing that day! For more visuals, please click here.




Is my team playing with other teams at the same time?


While there are other teams playing the same game on the same day, you might not actually see them since each team can choose their own starting time and their preferred route. Each Weekend Solo game generates a scoreboard. You will have access to scoreboard throughout the game. We will also update the Top 5 leader board at the end of each game day. You will either find your team's name on there or you will know how close you were to getting into the Top 5!




How many people do I need in my team?


Your team could be as few as 2 people or as many as 6! We suggest an ideal team size of 3-4 people to ensure that everyone gets to participate in the fun meaningfully. Under the current restriction on public gatherings, a team cannot consist of more than 4 people.




What does my team need to bring?


Bring a fully charged smart phone with our app downloaded (instruction will be on your game ticket). We recommend very comfortable walking shoes, a power bank and some cash/card for light refreshment along the way.




Can kids join?


Our games are designed for a wide range of ages! Kids 12 or above can play our games independently, whereas kids under 12 may need an adult chaperone on their team to help with navigation. Whether they play independently or under supervision, parents are responsible for ensuring the kids' safety during the game in ways they deem fit. Our games are great for family outings, where parents and kids go on a mission of fun while exploring the city!

What happens after I sign up?


We will email you the details on how to pay and then a game ticket consisting of information on how to download our app and everything you need to know about the game. On the date of the game, just show up at the starting point, load the game on the app and play!




What if the weather is bad?


Real troopers play rain or shine! The game will take place as scheduled unless there is a Typhoon No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning or if the weather is so bad that we deem it undesirable for players to experience our game. If the game needs to be rescheduled, we will inform you at least 12 hours in advance and you will be given the option to participate in the game on the rescheduled date or request for a refund.




What is your cancellation policy?


All team registrations are considered as final sale once payment has been received. No refund will be offered for no-show and we currently do not offer credits in case of cancellation.
